How To Treat Urine Infection In A 4.5 Years Old Child?

my 4.5 year boy has infection in his urine is lab reports Red Blood cells 20-25 and pus cells 4-5
what is the treatment is his problem. i visit to doctors child kidney but two times doctors not give
treatment. so i request you to how many days seen in urine reports. and what is the treatment
for this infections.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The boy has R.B.C 20- 25,and pus cells,4-5.If the pus cells are more than 10 it states there is infection. That is why the doctor didn't give any treatment.
Again the test is to be repeated after few days,and if still rbc are plenty, the condition is to be acessed.
you can use the antibiotic like cifixime, but the actual diagnosis is masked, and cant be diagnosed.Maximum 10 days he may wait, if the symptoms are constant.
Let you doctor proceed according to his way of treatment.
