How To Treat Vertigo With History Of Accident Mediated Stage 4 Side To Side Whip Lash?
About 17 years ago, I was in a car accident and suffered from stage 4 side to side whip lash. I have been treated by chiropractic care since then for restricted movement in my neck and for maintaining a healthy back. In the last couple of years I started to get vertigo and I noticed that I would wake up with vertigo. I started to notice that the vertigo would occur after I had lifted something heavy using my right arm. I also seem to be light headed often throughout the day. I read in the article below that lifting heavy objects may cause vertigo. In my case the items maybe as little as 10 lbs. My question is ..Why am I getting vertigo from lifting up a heavy object. I do not have chronic pain in my neck but I believe that the pressure of lifting is what is causing the vertigo. No one has been able to treat it. I look forward to receiving your reply. Thank you
