2yr female patient has chronic abdominal pain about 2 months on the last 2 days her mother notice a white spots in her anus with itching and white streaks in stool \\ on stool examination show E.histolytica and take teatment about 2 wks ago but no benifit blz ur opnion and managment

I think that de-worming will be necessary for the patient. Start Albendazole syrup 200 mg once now and repeat after two weeks.
