How To Use 10 Cytotec Miso Tabs? What Are The Side Effects?
Hello dear doctor,
in my country, abortion is illegal, so I got 10 cytotec miso tabs and my girl and I used it vaginally yesterday, I started to use misoprostol. first, as we've been told, we started to use it vaginally every hour one tab. after the forth one, she had severe cramps inside her womb with diarhea and she vimit some. after I put the fifth one, my finger became red (blood). and we used 2 more under her tounge.
she had chills for 2 hours and 4 hours fever but everything went off.
I called the person, he told me to use the other three, every 3 hours, one under her tongue, but pain dissapeared somehow and there were no bleeding. now, after 9 hours of using the last tablet, she is out of any pains or side effects.
what to do now?
can we start the procedure again and use 4 of them under her tongue every 3 hours again?
will it work?
what has happened?
there's no way to talk to a doctor here, they'll kick our bad!

Dear Aramesh,
You have indeed given quite an overdose of Misoprostol to your girlfriend.
Misoprostol only regime for termination of pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation is only up to 3 doses at the interval of 3-12 hours. Such a high dose of Misoprostol is going to cause health problems for her.
Please note that these are not 'over the counter' medicines and need to be taken only with Gynaecologist's advice lest the complications.
Now please get her ultrasonography done to find out whether she has aborted or not. If the uterus is empty, your problem is over. However, if the pregnancy is still continuing, you will have to seek for GYNAECOLOGIST'S HELP ONLY, who may think of trying Mifepristone + Misoprostol regime or for surgical evacuation of pregnancy.
If you are at a place where termination of pregnancy is illegal, please do not venture it there. Go to a place like India where it is legal. After terminating the pregnancy, you may fly back to your original place. Please avoid any illegal step.
