How To Withdraw From Prozac?

I stopped taking Prozac about a month ago I was one 10 mg. I was having trouble with withdraw from the medication so I decided to try to take another Prozac and that made my anxiety worse. It s been over a week since my last Prozac dose. I was wondering if it is safe to try 50 mg of 5htp. What are your thoughts?
