Huge Lump On Forehead, Foggy And Fatigue, Pressured Feeling In Head, Stiff Neck, Mild Temperature. History Of Hit In Head Due To Fall. Advice

I hit my head this morning. I immediately fell to the ground and felt as though I was going to lose consciousness but did not. I immediately developed a huge lump on my forehead and I feel very foggy and tired. My head still hurts but not like a normal headache... Feels like pressure or something. My neck also hurts and feels stiff. I also feel chilly and noticed that I have a temperature of 100, I didn't know if that could be related.
Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Following symptoms need further visit to your doctor.
1. Loss of consciousness.
2. Vomiting.
3. Severe increasing headache.
4. Loss of memory.
5. Visual problems.
6. Severe dizziness and vertigo.

If you are having slight fever, mild dizziness, headache and stiffness in neck, its because of the inflammation and associated muscle spasm.

Hope this helps
