Hi,
It seems that you might be having impacted wax in your left ear might be giving this problem.
If you are elderly then possibility of having otosclerosis i.e. fusion of three small bones in the ear can give rise to this problem as well.
Consult ENT specialist and get examined.
Ok take care.
