Hurting Ears, Cloudy Hearing, High Pitch Ringing Heard, Headaches. Took Tylenol, Toradol, No Help. Will It Go ?

last night i was screaming and today my ears have been hurting and my hearing is very cloudy, more in the right ear then the left. all i can hear is a high pitch ringing and ive also had a headache all day. ive take tylenol and toradol ( anti inflammatory) and nothing has helped. will this go away or did i really damage my eardrum?

1.Headache
2.Hearing loss- cloudy hearing
3.Tinnitus- high pitched sound
4.Earache
Suggests you have Middle ear or Inner ear infection.
Just pain killers are not enough for this infection.
You need physical examination by ENT surgeon.
Please follow the ENT specialist's advice.
