Hurting Left Tonsil. Smoked Marijuana. What Could Be The Reason?
Hello, last night I bought some marijuana from a friend, and after having smoked a couple of joints I went to bed. This morning my left tonsil hurt a bit, and now--at dinner time--my left tonsil hurts incredibly bad, especially when I touch my neck right under the jawline. Is this dangerous? What could be the cause of this?
I understand your concerns. The hurting tonsil is probably due to smoking marijuana and you may also have pharyngitis / laryngitis due to the same reason. I also believe that you may need to consult a doctor to get help with going off of marijuana as it is causing you a lot of problems at the current time. I also believe that you will do well with consulting a psychiatrist who is trained in the treatment of substance abuse disorders. I sincerely hope you do so as soon as possible as the symptoms you describe seem to be dangerous and marijuana is the cause of all the problems.
I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
