You have not had penetrative sex(
hymen intact) & no ejaculation near the vagina.
Hymen is a thin layer of tissue at the entrance of the vagina. Even though its presumed to be a complete , it has opening(s) enough to let out menstrual blood.
So ejaculation anywhere close to hymen, can lead to a pregnancy(theoretically).
The symptoms you are experiencing are very non-specific and can happen just before your period or in early pregnancy.
You can wait for a week from the day of expected periods and then check for pregnancy. In all probability , it may just be delayed period.
