sir..i am suffering from hyperpigmentation on my arms and large area of back due to unknown reasons from 2 years..at first it was less then it became more prominent..have consulted many dermatologists generally they suggest me creams containing steroids and whenevr i apply them with my hands , skin on my hands begin to peel and infected skin becomes itchy and red..please suggest me
