I HAVE GRAVES DISEASE WHICH HAS BEEN IN REMISSION SINCE

I HAVE GRAVES DISEASE WHICH HAS BEEN IN REMISSION SINCE 2008. over the past 7-9 years my blood pressure, usually 117 over 80 would drop but not dangerously low, would recognize tremors, body wide but only noticeable in hands. Neurologist said, eat something salty or keep small restaurant size pack with me. sure enough, this worked fine for all these years but in the last two months have had 2 episodes where it wasn't a quick fix in 5-10 minutes. Last weekend, I tried everything to restore balance. At one point hitting 77 over 47. Finally I ingested enough fluids, salty foods & eventually got to eating pure salt at regular intervals . I might get BP up to my almost normal levels but it would immediately start rapidly going back down again. By the end of the weekend it would fluctuate some but not go lower than 90 over 55. I went to my Dr. She said my thyroid levels were fine and gave me script for fludrocortisone o.1mg. Info with script listed Addison's Disease &( not named) sodium deficient diseases. Is it still possible it's linked to Graves even if my blood test came back showing normal levels? Is it likely to be Addison's & what other diseases could cause the above?
