I Am 25 Yrs Old. White Thick Substance Coming Out From My Mouth 4 Weeks Now. What Could Be This ?
hello, i am 25 yrs old i weigh 83kg and also 5 ft 5. i have had white thick substance coming out from my mouth 4 weeks now. i thought it was food reminants but once i brought it out and squeezed it and it smelt really bad. i am really worried and would like to know what this is. pls.

it seems that you have got some infection in the mouth like in the gums,tartered teeth,route abscess etc.
One possibility is having infection in salivary gland due to infection in the salivary duct or stone in the ducts causing dirty smell stuff coming out.
Consult oro surgeon and seek his advice.
