The lump in breast if you are pregnant can be fibrodenoma and you need to get yourself investigated to find out what it is.You can get a sonography;mammography to find the type of lump and if needed a FNAC that is a needle biopsy done.But till you deliver there is no chance of getting it surgically removed.So consult your Gynaecologist and get investigated.
