Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 43 and in good health but have a constant throbbing pain that comes about every 10 seconds and feels like I need to pee really bad even when my bladder is empty. My urinalysis came back clear. I'm also have some troubles with continence and have to wear liners all the time due to leakage especially when excercising. For the last week, I've noticed that some of the time after I pee, the urine on the tp is pink. I thought I was starting my monthly cycle, but definitely have not and it's not due until the 2nd-the 4th of Febuary. The pain is a little less in the morning. I don't have an appointment to see a urologist until monday, but I'm very concerned. Can you tell me the possibilities of what it could be? I don't have any burning sensation when I pee. I am low in vitamin b12 right now and a bit low in vitamin d but have been taking supplements and steps to raise my levels.
