I Am 54yrs Old And Tripped Going Up A Flight

I am 54yrs old and tripped going up a flight of stairs. I have a pretty large bump on my shin bone -no bruise but painful. This happened about 5 days ago. I'm not worried, trying to research right things to help hurry along the healing process. Also, I am battling multiple myeloma so I have a number of bone issues
