I Am 57 Years. My Psa Recently Went Up From1.2

I am 57 years. My psa recently went up from1.2 to 7.1 during annual checkup and the same week from 7.1 to 24. I was told the increased elevation was probably due to inflammation or prostatis and not due to prostrate cancer.I also experience some burning in the penis even when I do not urinate and discomfort in the groin. The CT of pelvis and abomination and ultra sound of scrotum was clear.I am taking ciproflaxin for 2 weeks. Very concerned that this might be very serious.
What is your opinion and can this burning and pain can be cured ! Thank you for your help.
