I Am 60 And Have Been Diagnosed With Chronic Fatigue

I am 60 and have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia for 30 years. Last year I had surgery repair for cystocele, rectocele and bladder sling. Before surgery for years have had spastic bowel which I was told was symptom of Fibro. Since surgery I have either constipation or an appropriate bowel movement once in the morning and none the rest of the day. By the end of the day I am distended with bloating and look like I am 7 months pregnant. Seriously. Went to Family Practice Integrated Medicine physician who put me to chew slower for long period of time, put me on very expensive refrigerated probiotics and enzymes for 3 months which did absolutely nothing, but lessen my pocketbook. Recently got a UTI and was prescribed cipro which I finished yesterday. Now, have had no bowel movement in 3 days. Having been drinking lots of water, coffee, and specialty tea for constipation for 3 days. suggestions?
