I am 62 years old and using Trika (Alprazolam. 25mg ) in ninght for last 5 years for acute hyper anxiety and was having no problem.But in the month of Dec.last, I lost my sister and this anxiety problem aggrevated. Therefore I started taking increased doze of .5 mg per day in night which was ok upill now. But now it seems that this also is not working as when I getup in the morning I feel heaviness in the chest with dry mouth resulting loss of breath and fatigue. Then again I increased the doze to .5 mg in morning and .5 mg in night from last 2 days.As of now it's ok but I am worried as to how much doze I shall keep on increasing so rapidly . Therefore I request you to kindly suggest me some medicine to get rid of Trika as well as this hyper anxiety problem
