I am 65 and have an Rx for mirtazapine 15mg. I am supppsed to take 1/2 pill 3 times a day; this is to help me sleep.. I have run out of my Generic Rx HYDROCODON-ACETAMINOPHEN 5-325 that I am supposed to take twice a day for the arthritis in my hands... I found that when I take them together when I go to bed & crush them up & mix them with some jam... they seem to work faster. This combination for some reason, helps me to go to sleep faster... I use the 2 Rx's together at night.. But tonight I used 3 whole pills of the Mirtazapine hoping it would work just as well.... NOT !! Now I am SO fidgety I can NO way relax and start to get some sleep..... Is there anything I can do or am I just going to "ride it out" ??
