I am 71 male. I do not experience a climax or ejaculation during sexual intercourse. I have BPH. Difficulting uninating. The symptoms came on suddenly after taking an anti-anxiety drug. Initailly, I lost all labido and ability to have an erection. Over several months labido and ability to sustain an erection slowly came back, but my ability to have a climax never returned eventhough the sexual sensation is sometime intense. What should I do? Will any drug help with a climax?
