I Am 77 Years Old And Have Not Taken Hormones

I am 77 years old and have not taken hormones in several years. Lately I have had hot flashes. I have never had any heart trouble, my blood pressure is normally good. I do take bp meds( Lotensen and Norvasc). I have taken
