I am a 24 year old male. From last year i am getting pain (Pain Like feeling not always pain) in my head on the top. It comes for weeks sometimes days and go away on it's own. It was bothering me so I consult a Neurologist online. She asked me to get B12 and Thyroid function test.
I was diagnosed with high TSH (9.41) T3 normal T4 Normal. B12 was 247 Low in September2015. I went to Endocrinologist at Fortis C-DOC. Doctor gave me levothytroxine 25 and after 10 days it gets normal. But the problem was going through then I went to Neuropsychiatrist again in this month he gave me anti depressants. S-Adenosyl-Methionine, Pregabalin and Viibryd. 10 days was best during medication it seems that I got rid of these pain like feelings, Lightheadedness, Poor concentration. But now from last week I am getting pain overall in my body specially Lower back and restless legs. Also sometimes hand sometimes fingers. sometimes head. I don't know how to manage. PLEASE HELP
