I Am A 63 Year Old Male Who Suddenly Developed

I am a 63 year old male who suddenly developed a ball 2 inches in diameter over the umbilicus with some discomfort,and with constipation.The general list gave some 90 possible causes,and I would like to narrow the list down.I would also imagine that an immediate appointment with a gastroenterologist would be in order.Can you help me with this?
