I Am A 63 Year Old Surgical Post Menopausal Woman

I am a 63 year old surgical post menopausal woman who has been experiencing left lower back and abdominal pain for about 3 or 4 months. I've had frequent urination change in bowel. I have history of kidney stones and have been thinking that was what was wrong but after many trips to different doctors I finally found one that did an MRI. The reading states that I have 7.6 low density cyst in liver, 10 mm simple cyst in upper pole of right kidney, a 3 mm no obstructing renal calculus in Lowe pole of left kidney but it also showed a 15 mmrounded low density left adnexal cyst, presumably ovarian. There are smaller cyst on right side as well. What would be your thoughts on the reading? I had to keep calling for the results and the nurse said nothing was abnormal.
