I Am A 65 Yr. Old Female Who Was Diagnosed

I am a 65 yr. old female who was diagnosed w/ SLE in my early 20's. Lupus has been in remission since 2000, but damaged my kidneys. My GFR is 31.42, creatinine is 1.64, I'm seen every 6 months by a rhematologist and am on leveothyroxin 75 mcg, 10 mg. atorvastatin (because of chronic condition and risk of stroke, etc. My cholesterol is 146), liscinopril 20 mg, and phosLo 667. Also take multivitamin, fish oil, baby aspirin. I teach water aerobics 3 days a week and ride a horse 3 - 4 times weekly. Have some osteoporosis, but exercise to try and offset this.
My mystery is that I get pain behind my knees, plus some muscle cramping. I try to drink at least 3 big glasses of water a day and sometimes some mineral water as well. Of course I am on sodium and potassium restricted diet. Any ideas on what is causing the leg (sometimes in my feet as well) pain? Could it be the atrovastin? Thank you.
