I Am A 69 Year Old Prior Hogkins Lymphoma Transplant

I am a 69 year old prior hogkins lymphoma transplant patient who has suddenly developed tinnitis in both ears. An audiologist examined me and found not wax of consequence or very little hearing loss. What is going on? I have not fallen nor been around loud noises for any damaging time.
