I am a Caregiver in a Facility for the elderly. I clean the restrooms on a daily basis using chlorox bleach spray to disinfect the toilet and floor and clean it white and flawless.

Doing this for 11 years . Now I noticed I feel dizzy easily after doing the routine particularly if I sprayed excessively.

Does it caused dizzines and may cause harmful effects to my health overall
