I Am A Healthy 54 Year Old With Good Blood

I am a healthy 54 year old with good blood pressure, excellent cholesterol numbers, I am active and exercise frequently and eat a very clean diet. I also decaffinated myself over a month ago. I tend to have a low heart rate and low blood pressure. Last year I was having some intermittent dyspnea for no reason. This has returned recently. Last year I had a work up with my doctor and cardiologist and no result. All my labs are good. I do have low thyroid and take medication for it. I am also very active, I can exercise hard for an hour or more at a time ( walking, spin class, body works, etc.) I have also had an itchy rash last year and this year on my breasts. This year just one breast but last year bilateral breasts. My mamograms every year are negative. I have gone through menopause. Last year I bought all cotton bras and it did seem to clear up my rash but I continue to wear them and developed a rash again. My mother had open heart surgery at age 44, five bipass, 90% occluded each vessel. My brother had open heart in his forties and my father has had a couple stents. My mother died of ovarian cancer three years ago in her 70's. I still have all my female parts. My question is whether I should worry about the dyspnea and see my doctor and ask for a chest x-ray or lab work? I have been feeling run down lately as well. My physical isn't due until October though. Also what is your opinion on getting an abdominal ultrasound yearly since my mother died of ovarian cancer? One doctor I know was telling me that is what she has her patient's do with that history. I just don't feel like I can catch my breath and it is at rest and also with exertion.
