I Am A Male, Age 35 And Have Recently Noticed

I am a male, age 35 and have recently noticed sensitivity and a hardening in the upper buttocks predominately on the right 'cheek'. The associated discomfort varies throughout the day. I would say the lump area is approximately 2.5 inches in length and perhaps an inch in diameter. Swelling is difficult to asses visually but is easily percieved with pinching like isolation. This has been noticeable for the better part of 5 days. No noticeable dimples, pimples, or fluids.
