Hello Kowshik!
I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Your lipid profile is not good at all.
Your total cholesterol is high, the normal range is under 200 mg/dl.
The normal range for high Triglyceride is under 150mg/dl and your level of 502 mg/dl is considered very high.
LDL cholesterol is high, the normal range is under 100 mg/dl.
Also your HDL cholesterol is low (normal range is over 60 mg/dl).

You need a lipid-regulating drug treatment combined with advice on diet and lifestyle measures to get back your lipid profile to normal range.
It is vary important to have a lipid profile in normal range to prevent heart disease.

I suggest you to take Rosuvastatin 5 mg once a day for 3 months.

You must make lifestyle modifications that include beneficial changes to diet, exercise, weight management, alcohol consumption and smoking cessation.
For the next 2-3 months, try to follow the following guidelines. Then get your cholesterol checked again.
High fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, fruit.
Cut down the processed food. White bread, doughnuts, white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided.
A 40 minute physical activity every day like morning walk, evening walk or a visit to the gym or swimming pool.
-Periodic monitoring of the cholesterol levels.
Start on these changes and get back to me in 2 to 3 months.

Wish you good health.
