I Am Confused With The Dexolac Dosage.

my son is 2 month old and i started to bottle feed him as I had inadequate milk and my pediatrician suggested to start on dexolac special care and i am confused with the dosage, as in the package it is given as age (days) as 2, 3,4 etc., and should i consider as days , weeks or months.

It is a Milk formula . Mix one scoop of powder with two ounces (60ml) of water. Feed 2-3ounces(60-90ml) of milk every 4 hrs.
