I am facing following issues
1. Itching in anus opening area
2. Sometimes I also feel itching in like half a centimetre inside the anus opening and when I wipe that area with tissue to get rid of itching, traces of stool can be noticed.
3. I also have a itching and pain in area which is at back between hips, slightly above the anus opening. Looks like that is mainly due to precipitation and scratching.

Please advise the medical condition I have.
