I Am In Pain, My Right Hip And Or But

I am in pain, my right hip and or but cheek. I just can't move my legs feel like I have snowshoes on it is hard to lift my right leg. When I put a heat patch on it it seem to help the pain some. when it's hurting really bad I just can't move but it hurts to stay still:(
