I Am Nearly 70 Years Old. Last Wednesday Night I

I am nearly 70 years old. Last Wednesday night I ate a piece of meat that was contaminated and got food poisoning and suffered diarhoea and stomach bloating and pain. The "runs" have now stopped but the nausea and lower pain in my stomach continues. Can it be a clash of medications I'm currently taking that is causing this or just the residue of the food poisoning? I have a lot of excess bloating as well.
