I am on a 7 day course of amoxicillin for a gum abscess. having taken them for five days (and my abscess seemingly gone) I was called away suddenly due a family illness and forgot to take my medication with me. I was away for three days with my medication. Is is ok to resume taking the course now that I'm home?
