Hi, I am on birth control but I missed a day a couple of days ago and just wondering if I should take a emergency contraception ?

If you have taken the missed pill, do not worry, but if you have not had the missed pill after missing the actual pill, consult your doctor, use alternate contraception. Wait for your periods, if it is a missed period, get urine pregnancy test done, if negative, start a freash pack of OCP.
