I Am Pregnant And Experiencing Cheek Pain. Can I Take Dolo As Pain Is Existing Even After Taking Other Medicines?

Hi I am pregnant and now its 7th week. I am getting severe cheek pain due to sinus. I took 1 Tylenal Sinus congestion and pain severe for adults tablet yesterday night and 2 tablets in the morning. But still pain is there. Can I take dolo 650mg? Please suggest.

Dolo 650 is safe in pregnancy.
If pain relief is absent thn consider visiting a physician for antibiotics and decongestants.
Steam inhalation also helps in pain relief
