Well thanks, I appreciate the advice and will keep it in mind in the future, but is there anyone out there who can tell me some good or bad news about my current state?

I have a huge white-ish and bloody ulcer on my tongue and I think some smaller, not-so-bloody ones in my throat.  I went to the doctor days ago when the one on my tongue was really small and he gave me some medicine.  It doesn't seem to help.

Well, fuck it.  Thought maybe there would be some people on the internet who might be able to help a young guy out as he gets ill in a non-English-speaking country helping the world, but I guess not.  Thanks to the 200+ people who read this and did nothing, I guess that one dude who posted was the least inconsiderate of everyone after all.  Take care of yourselves folks.  I'm going to try to from now on.  Who knows what all this means now though, as I said, fuck it.
