I am searching for foods my grand daughter (Melina) who has Crohn's should and should not eat. She is 19 and has had Crohn's since she was about 8. She is 5'10" and a beautiful vibrant young lady i spite of all that. She is also somewhat rebellious about diet. Her mother (my daughter) has done an amazing job of managing her condition (in spite of Melina's probably understandable resistance. She has just learned that she is not doing well on her treatment. She is on Stelara. All I can do now is to help her find healthy food that she can and will eat.
