Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am slightly over weight and 31 year old female. I have been taking phentaramine and topamax for a couple months but not eating right. So haven't lost much. I also take 40 mg celexa for anxiety /depression. My Dr increased my diet meds 2 weeks ago and I went from smoking 1 pack a day to almost 2 and feeling a little more stressed I also drink a pot of coffee in the morning. Fast all day and snack at night with no exersize. Horrible I know. I had a ekg yesterday and he said it was slightly abnormal. It showed "dips" that shouldn't be there and he needed to ween me off the meds. I have no health problems great blood pressure ect. What do dips mean and is it from the increase in ciggs coffee on top of increase in phentaramine or could it be just the phentaramine or something else?
