I Am Suffering From Ankylosing Spondylitis From Last 3 Years. Will I Become Well Again ?

Dear Dr, I am 29 old male, I am suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis from last 3 years. I am taking Saaz-DS 1gm twice a day. I know this medicine having some side-effects on my lever, kidney and other parts of my body. please suggest me any other medicine/ Ayurvedic medicine for cure. Please tell me should I will become well again and living my full life as normal?

please consult with gym trainer or a physiotherapist for the best guidance ..make sure quit smoking .vitamin c is essential at this time .if you are getting eye pain then better to consult a doctor
