I Am Suffering From Productive Cough, Chest Pains, Wheezing, Dizziness.
Had bronchitis 2 weeks ago. Now, productive cough came back, chest pains, wheezing, dizziness , and weakness are all going on.

You need to rule out Asthma. Get the full Pulmonary Function Tests done. You need two kinds of pumps- one is steroid inhaled another is for opening the bronchi (Called Bronchodilators) and one steroid tablet for 1 week. Bronchodilators give instant relive. They should be you rescue medication. Make sure whether you have Asthma or Bronchitis. But Treatment is same. Important Message: Smoking will prevent worsening of COPD.
