I Am Taking An Angiotensin 11 Inhibitor. I Usually Make

I am taking an angiotensin 11 inhibitor. I usually make a high veggie and fruit smoothie E.g. an apple, cup of lettuce or kale, juice of a lime or half a lemon, celery and cucumber along with a cup of kefir or yogurt. I'm now reading that taking this blood pressure med can increase my potassium levels and probably should avoid high potassium foods as it can cause hyperkalemia. What's the truth?
