i am unable to sleep well, feeling drowsiness at morning when i wake up. what shall i do?
Hi.. If you sleep during the day, you will definitely not be able sleep at night.. So try as much to avoid sleeping during the day.. Avoid caffeine consumptions at night.. Avoid stress, anxiety and regular exercises.. Medications are the last resort.. You may see a doctor for these medications if all the options fail...
