I Encountered This Aching Head Dizziness
Hello and good morning Many times I encountered this aching head dizziness and when I open my eyes everything seems blurry Is this a symptom of what ailment I am a female, 24 years old. Here is this recurring head ache, dizziness and at times, my eyes get blurry every time I encounter this kind of health problem. There were also times at night that I feel leg cramps. My work does not involve long walks nor lifting heavy objects. I am always exposed to outdoor activities as a Project Engineer of a housing project. Has this something to do with my headache? So far, I have not undergone medical treatment yet. What could be the possible cause for this? Please give me proper medical advice on this. Thank you!

For Aching pain , diziness, blurry vision you can go for Hb%, check your blood pressure, EEG. I think it all are due to adequate essential nutrient deficiency. Avoid all fast and junk foods, Coffee. Add more natural fruits and vegetables to your diet. Take your diet in time. Minimum 7 to 8 hours sleep. Take the diner by 9pm and sleep after two hour of taking diner.
