Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
The pain relates to Coronary Artery Disease, since you are young, i don't think it is CAD. Get a Neck x ray done to rule out any neck pathology from where the pain may be radiating to you chest. You may also want to know if you have Costochondritis, which is the infection of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breast bone. You can use OTC analgesic like Tab. Ibuprofen 400mg one SOS for pain along with Tab. Pantocid 40mg on empty stomach half hour before breakfast. If this is not helping consult a Physician. Get your Hemoglobin tested.
Good Luck.
