Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I feel out of a deer stand 6 years ago resulting in an "open book" fracture of my pelvis (left side). This was repaired. However, During my stay in shock trauma ICU and a subsequent month in a rehab facility, I very often experienced severe groin pain. The only treatment was pain medicine. I have continued to experience severe pain in my groin daily. Just a coupler of days ago I discovered a fairly large lump on what I call my groin tendon (L). THe lump is larger than a goose egg and enlarges with walking. The pain is tremendous. What can be done to relieve this? My email address is YYYY@YYYY
