Hi there, I feel uncomfortable after food, and i find that there is not enough oxygen going in feeling hard to breath . (is my mind making me panic) and feeling like i want to vomit. It's not like i can vomit its just making me feel like i want to and going through those vomit face expression, Is something pumping out from my stomach ? gas? after food i feel uncomfortable like its hard to breath and before food i feel so hungry while i eat i cant seems to feel that i am taking enough amount of food it hangs in between. i have stop smoking and want to see is it smoking that causes me this. please give me some advise how should i treat this kind of thing, i've tried Ginger tea and all butdoesn't seems to work. Just to inform that my time of sleep is opposite and eating at all the wrong timing. hyde
