I Feel Uncomfortable In Chest, Is It Heart Problem ?
sir, i am Dr. Arvind Gautam, i feel uncomfortable in chest from 5 yrs and there is pain in my left arm all the time and in different part of the body. my heart beat is around 100 bpm. so is i am at risk of heart attack ?

It seems that you are having Myalgia.
To rule out heart problem go for ECG.
Take Calcium,Vit A,D nd multivitamin supplements.
Take plenty of milk.
